NAO Consultancy Ltd was Founded by Nicola Hall.
Nicola is a highly experienced Healthcare IT Professional, Leader, Businessperson, Entrepreneur and Board member who has been involved in several start-ups in this sector with great success. The most recent, as a Founder, was Ingenica Solutions Ltd which is now a market leading solution in Inventory Management / Track and Trace in the UK (in line with the Scan4safety program www.scan4safety.nhs.uk).
Nicola brings a detailed knowledge and a track record in the deployment of Technology at the point of care for both NHS Trusts, Private Healthcare, MedTech, and Pharma organisations. Also, in the challenges of bringing change through new Technology to the Healthcare sector.
Nicola is joined by a network of Associates that bring their individual expertise to any project if required. These Associates are all highly experienced and have worked with Nicola during her career.
NAO Consultancy Ltd is focused on supporting the use of Technology to provide meaningful information in Healthcare, improve patient safety and enable significant efficiencies for both Technology Users and Technology providers.
We provide services to support Technology Users with their projects, from initial concept through to deployment and further monitoring of the success of the deployment. Whether that is in the selection of the solution provider, or the development of a solution, implementation and associated change management, standards compliance or later monitoring of success and on-going improvements. The problems are complicated, and the solution is not always clear. NAO Consultancy Ltd is here to provide the support when required, from inception to close.
Conversely, Technology Providers of new solutions and innovative technology have difficulty in presenting their solutions to the market, or ensuring that they are market ready. We use our experience to help on that journey.
