Crown Commercial Service has announced that it has extended G-Cloud 12 to 2022, a further 12 months from its original end date
Crown Commercial Service (CCS) has extended G-Cloud 12 to 27th September 2022, a further 12 months from its original end date of 27th September 2021.
The extension will allow CCS to make improvements to the customer journey before the next iteration of the agreement is delivered.
Increased opportunities
It is expected that these enhancements, which include accessibility, search functionality, and the presentation of the Digital Marketplace platform, will also help to increase opportunities for suppliers.
It should be noted that the extension does not give suppliers the right to increase pricing or to materially change services.
