Since 2015, we have served dozens of clients and hundreds of training participants to build knowledge, skills, and resilience. Our focus is on delivering practical expertise and enabling success by combining our years of experience with best practice. Our team has been at the front line of delivering the change you want, and our focus is on giving you the benefit of living positive change rather than simple textbook knowledge.

Who We Are
Our team began when two friends, Michael and Amy, decided to work together to bring their skills and knowledge to a wider team. With decades of experience between them across the public, private and charity sectors, their ambition was to use that experience with a wider range of people to build world-class governance systems.
Since then, the team has grown, with colleagues joining us to support delivery for clients, delivery of training, and the development of our resources, materials, and events that drive that ambition forward.
