Thomas Kattnig is a Member of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC) and an Austrian trade unionist with a focus on EU and international politics. He is a board member of the European Trade Union Confederation, Vice-President of Public Services International (PSI) and European Public Service Union (EPSU). He has led a number of international and national campaigns focusing on services of general (economic) interest, including the first successful European citizens’ initiative “Right2Water”.
