Dimitra Theodori is Head of the Unit for Occupational Safety and Health and Working Conditions at the European Trade Union Institute (ETUI). With nearly three decades of experience bridging science, policy, and stakeholder engagement, she has held senior roles at the Dutch Social and Economic Council (SER) and the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM). Dimitra holds Master’s degrees in Chemistry and Environmental Management and Policy. Originally from Athens, she is fluent in Greek, Dutch, and English, and is known for her proactive and collaborative approach to improving working conditions across Europe.
