Gry Carl Terrell has an M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology from the University of Copenhagen, with emphasis on microbiology, food safety, and spoilage. Gry has a diverse work experience from the consulting, food manufacturing, and analytical industry in the United States and Denmark mainly in the meat and dairy sector. Since 2020, she has been working as Senior Consultant and Business Manager conducting research and commercial activities at the Danish Meat Research Institute (DMRI), a division of Danish Technological Institute in Taastrup, Denmark.
