Jon Ruiz de Infante

Graduate in Biological Sciences. MSc in Conservation Biology. With experience in the research sector, I was part of the population ecology group of the Mediterranean Institute of Advanced Studies; there, I worked on comparative research on sampling methods for vertebrate fauna. In the technical sector, I worked for seven years as an advisor in sustainability policies in the City Council of Vitoria-Gasteiz. Since 2022, I am working as environmental technician in the Environmental Studies Centre of Vitoria-Gasteiz. Although I worked in green infrastructure and mobility, I am currently working in food systems and circularity. Nowadays, my work is mainly focused on the coordination of the CROPS4LIFE project and the updating of the Vitoria-Gasteiz Agri-Food Strategy.
