With over 30 years of experience working with governments and public institutions, Franklin specialises in helping organisations unlock the value of their data using open and transparent technologies. His background spans digital transformation, data strategy, and open source innovation.
Franklin brings a deep understanding of the demands facing public sector leaders today, from modernising legacy systems, to rising expectations around accountability, security, and performance – and importantly, the need to develop skills and capabilities to address them. He is particularly passionate about helping public sector organisations make better use of their data in ways that support transparency, long-term public value, and priorities like digital sovereignty.
