My work centres on helping leaders design workplace cultures that are grounded in trust, inclusion and human centred performance. I draw on my background in organisational transformation, product leadership and AI enabled systems to turn complex organisational challenges into clear, actionable outcomes that strengthen the employee experience.
My approach is rooted in behavioural science, organisational design and DEIB. I use these disciplines to help organisations align culture, capability and purpose so that the way people work matches the ambition of the strategy. Over the past decade I have delivered major workplace and culture transformation programmes across public and private sectors, including work with the Ministry of Justice, the Home Office and other large scale transformation portfolios. This has included designing digital and operating model blueprints, leading multidisciplinary teams, and embedding data informed decision making to improve engagement, capability and organisational resilience.
My qualifications span AI Product Management, AI Solution Architecture, Agile Delivery, Business Analysis and IT Service Management, complemented by an MBA and an MSc in Global Blockchain Technology. These give me the technical and strategic depth to support senior leaders navigating the intersection of people, technology and culture.
I bring evidence led perspective and a strong ability to convert aspiration into operational reality.
