Dr Melissa Olson joined the National Science Foundation in 2017 as a Presidential Management Fellow and became a permanent federal employee in 2019 as an Associate Program Director in the Division of Chemistry
Prior to joining NSF, she researched materials for solar energy conversion as a graduate student at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and as a Postdoctoral Research Assistant at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne.
