Becky Shu Chen is a passionate conservationist, starting her professional career in 2010. As a Technical Advisor at the ZSL (Zoological Society of London), she is responsible for coordinating China Programme and providing consultancy to wider ZSL conservation strategic planning.
Becky has a substantial career focus on threatened species conservation, human-wildlife coexistence, and communication. As a member of the IUCN Asia elephant Specialist Group, she also supports both transboundary and trans-sectorial collaborations on Asian elephant research and conservation practices.
