Gareth is Director, UK Government Affairs at OneWeb – leading on policy and regulatory issues with UK government, as well as supporting wider market access and commercial activities. He is also responsible for obtaining all launch and in-orbit operations licences for OneWeb’s satellite constellation.
Previously he was First Secretary, Transportation and Infrastructure Policy at the British Embassy, Washington DC, where he led on UK transport and infrastructure policy and regulation across the US Prior to this he held several security and policy roles across government including at the Cabinet Office, BEIS, DfT and MOD.
