Guillaume has 20 years’ experience in finance, including roles at major investment banks. After five years in risk management, he spent 15 years trading structured products in Paris and London for global portfolios. He now focuses on sustainable finance, particularly energy transition and carbon markets in Europe and Africa. He is Head of Bankable Sustainable Solutions at the Sustainable Finance Observatory and Project Coordinator of FiRéno+.
The Sustainable Finance Observatory is a think tank focused on unlocking private finance for a sustainable transition. Formed in 2025 from the merger of the international 2° Investing Initiative (founded in 2012) and the “Observatoire de la finance durable” (established by the French Minister of Economy and Finance in 2019), it builds on a legacy of climate alignment and impact investing.
