Joline Uichanco is an Assistant Professor in Technology and Operations at the Ross School of Business, University of Michigan
She does research in analytic models for e-commerce and omnichannel retail operations. She received her PhD in Operations Research from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2013.
