Philip is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Engineering, AI & Data team for Health Technology. A data scientist by background he works with NHS clients both to define their AI strategy and to build and implement AI solutions. These solutions have included supervised machine learning to predict attendance rates, development of a natural language processing-based Software as a Medical Device product and applying deep learning to forecast activity. Philip’s AI strategy work takes a value and evidence-based approach to identifying and testing applications of AI in health.
