Professor Pamela Abbott FAcSS is the Director of the Centre for Global Development and Professor in the School of Education at the University of Aberdeen, UK
Her main research interests are in socio-economic development and health and wellbeing in the global south. Over the last 20 years, she has collaborated with partners from the global south on research in the former Soviet Union and East and North Africa.
