Rajat Chaudhary earned his M.Sc. in Physics (CCS University, Meerut, IN, 2017). He later moved to Italy to pursue his Ph.D. in Materials Science (University of Milano-Bicocca, IT, 2023). His research focused on polymeric and ceramic materials—both functional and structural—with an emphasis on their processability through Additive Manufacturing for the fabrication of advanced components. After completing his Ph.D., he worked with Si-based polymer-derived ceramics and explored their potential in high-temperature, bone-regeneration, and battery applications. He is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher on the ERC project flEAP, where he investigates and characterizes dielectric polymers and oils for electrostatic actuators.
