    Tate Gronow

    Research Project & Communications Manager
    The Young Foundation

Tate oversees and manages the Peer Research Network, which brings together people who are interested in and involved with peer research, a participatory research method directed and conducted by people with lived experience of the issues being studied. The approach supports people to affect positive change on issues they are close to, and that matter to them.

Tate also works in The Young Foundation’s Communications and External Affairs Team to support, create and deliver communications outputs and events for research and innovation projects. She drives The Young Foundation’s communications work for the Peer Action Collective (PAC), a ground-breaking network of peer researchers, social action leads, and changemakers. PAC is a programme driven by young people and funded by the Youth Endowment Fund, the #iwill Fund (a joint investment between The National Lottery Community Fund and the Department for Culture, Media and Sport) and the Co-op. It aims to create long-term and sustainable change to help young people access opportunities and live a life free from violence.
