    Dr. Tatiana García-Armingol is a Senior Researcher and Director of the Energy and Environment Group of CIRCE Foundation

    She is Chemical Engineer and PhD in Engineering from the University of Zaragoza, both with honors, achieving a relevant national and international research and industrial experience and including a research stay in Imperial College of London. Considering only indexed peer review international journals, she has an accumulated impact factor of 67 (average 5.2), accounting more than 350 citations and an h-index of 8.

    Developing her professional career in the research and innovation field during more than 14 years, she has gained a very valuable experience by executing/leading/coordinating relevant activities in a broad range of R&D&i projects all of them related to 1) the efficient resources management (both raw material and energy) and circularity enhancement, 2) the use of alternative resources including sustainable raw materials and renewable energy sources, 3) design and validation of innovative process towards a more sustainable industrial sector ,4) diagnostic methods and predictive models applied to the monitoring of various energy and environmental meaningful parameters, 5) development of software tools based on LCA/LCC/exergy premises as a path to perform multi-criteria optimisation along the whole value chain and 6) definition and implementation of ecodesign strategies. Additionally, she is also experienced in training and teaching activities focused on circular economy and life cycle analysis.
