Masahiro Kamitani

    Masahiro Kamitani received his Ph.D. in 2013 from Osaka City University

    After completing his doctoral degree, he joined the research group of Professor Daniel J. Mindiola at Indiana University (2013) and Pennsylvania University (2014) as a postdoctoral researcher. In 2015, he launched a research group at Kitasato University as an assistant professor. Since 2021, he has been a junior associate professor at the same university. His research focus is developing iron catalysts that is more active and more convenient compared to precious metal catalysts.
