The Management Consultancy Framework 4 (MCF4) is a UK government procurement framework managed by Crown Commercial Service (CCS). It is designed to give public sector organisations streamlined access to a wide range of management consultancy services from vetted suppliers.

It is the fourth iteration of the Management Consultancy Framework series. It enables central government departments, local authorities, health bodies, education institutions, and other public sector organisations to procure consultancy services efficiently and cost-effectively under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

MCF4 is divided into 10 specialist lots, each covering different consultancy areas:
