Dr. Heather Hadjistavropoulos is a Professor of Psychology at the University of Regina
She runs the Wellbeing Innovation Lab and is Founder and Executive Director of the Online Therapy Unit, which has been delivering and evaluating Internet-delivered Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (ICBT) in Saskatchewan since 2010.
She is also Principal Investigator and Director of the Public Safety Personnel Internet-delivered Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (PSPNET) team for the Canadian Institute for Public Safety Research and Treatment responsible for developing and evaluating ICBT for public safety personnel across Canada.
