Bobbie is one of the founders of SQEPtech, a company specialising in HR and people management technology. Together with her business partner, they established the company in 2018. Since then, Bobbie has played a pivotal role in steering SQEPtech towards diversifying its range of Talent & Development technology products and services, resulting in significant business growth.
Before venturing into the world of SQEPtech, Bobbie gained extensive experience in various sectors, including manufacturing, energy, and construction. It was during her tenure in these industries that she honed her expertise in the software development world and HR technology.
Throughout her career, Bobbie has consistently been immersed in the realm of technology. She initially embarked on her professional journey as a business analyst and later transitioned into IT implementations and project management.
Bobbie holds a degree from Academia de Studii Economice din București and is a member of the Association for Project Management.
