“Our inclusion on Cyber Security Services 3 reflects the high standards we have set as a company, which we will continue to deliver via the new framework for our public service clients”

What do cyber incidents entail?

When the consequences of cyber incidents are extremely serious or dangerous, they usually require very high levels of cyber security and resilience, which are found in companies like CCS.

Cyber incidents can result in several different consequences, depending on the nature of the computer systems targeted, and the intention of the perpetrators. Some cyber incidents can ensure data leaks and financial fraud.

The Crown Commercial Services set up a flexible commercial agreement that offers an extensive range of cyber security services to help improve organisational cyber resilience and security posture.

What they call their dynamic purchasing system (DPS), has become available to all UK central government departments, wider public sector organisations and charities, falling under the following categories: NCSC assured services, Cybersecurity consultancy and advice, penetration testing, incident responses and managed security services.
