Ruud Schuthof is the Deputy Regional Director of Communications and Member Relations at ICLEI Europe.
He has extensive experience in awareness raising and the transfer of sustainable development knowledge amongst cities in Europe. He is, among other events, responsible for the European Conferences on Sustainable Cities and Towns, which recently led to the Mannheim Message calling for Local Green Deals.
